We have a 24/7 operator available. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We can transfer funds directly to your account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Depending on the level of involvement you would like, we are happy to share the lease with you prior to signing. You will have the option to either electronically sign, or we can sign for you. -
How much involvement will I have?
Our goal is to make owning real estate easy. With that being said, we strive to customize our plan to make you happy. You can determine your own level of involvement. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We offer brokerage services either through our affiliate company or a local broker in our network -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer tenants the option to pay rent through their personalized secure online portal, or they can send checks to our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our management contract has a one year duration, and auto renews indefinitely until a 60 day written notice is received. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We charge a one month security deposit, and in most cases we will collect last month rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start managing your property within 30 days of signing our management contract. We will begin our onboarding as soon as we sign the contract. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, multifamily, commercial, industrial. We do not do HOA management. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We will send an owner’s report every month that will include an accounts receivable aging report, balance sheet and income statement. If you would like to receive other reports, please feel free to ask. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Per law, the tenant security deposit will be held in an interest bearing escrow account.
